20170510 Extract from Jeremy's Prayer Request

As for prayer requests, I'd like to continue to ask for prayer for my prayer life. This week, I am fasting from checking any social media (if I posted anything, it's because I asked my friend to post for me) in hopes of removing some of the distracting voices of the world that compete for my attention with Christ. I want to invest more time in prayer and writing notes/requests in my prayer journal. Im hoping that by the end of the week, I will be really locked in on Christ and basking in His presence.

至於我的代禱事項，仍想請求大家持續為我的禱告生活代禱。 這星期，我禁戒自己使用任何社交媒體，（如果有來自我的消息，也是請朋友代為刊登），盼望能除去一些來自這世界而會轉移我專注在耶穌基督的聲音。 我想注入更多的時間禱告，以及撰寫我的禱告筆記和代禱事項。 希望到了週末，我能真的完全定睛在基督身上，沈浸於祂的同在。
